Social Taxi Service 2023
The Social Taxi Service returns for Effetto Venezia 2023, a project promoted by the Disability, Non-Self-Sufficiency, and Reduced Autonomy Table, desired by the Consulta delle Associazioni of the Municipality of Livorno. It is a free transport service for people with disabilities aimed at promoting greater social participation.
- Booking of rides from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM from 2nd August to 6th August at 334 3617092, also available via WhatsApp.
- First ride departs at 8:00 PM, last return ride at 11:30 PM.
- For urban rides, it is important to specify the dimensions and characteristics of the assistive device used, as the vehicle is equipped with a 400 kg maximum capacity lift with a space of 124 cm x 80 cm.
- The van accommodates the transportation needs of all “standard” aids, such as manual and electronic wheelchairs.
Electric scooters for outdoor use will NOT be allowed.
Reservations will be accepted in the order of calls until the maximum number of available seats in the scheduled rides is reached.
The person with a disability and only one companion will be allowed to board the van.
